I am a home schooling parent and want to inform you of the following: The Senate will be attempting a vote on this Wed, to attempt to ratify the UN treaty:

Please research this very important attempt to undermine the soveignty of the United States. Everyone should call their senators to voice their opposition. Ratification of this will affect how parents decide for their children's health care and possibly how they choose to educate their children. Please help us!!

I would try to contact my Senators, but I know that would do no good.  Both are very pro-choice, etc. :-(

In my case, prayer is the best and only resort.

Senate rejects United Nations treaty for disabled rights in a 61-38 vote

I got an e-mail late last night from the Home School Legal Defense Assn that said this treaty may be up for another vote after January 1, when the new Senators are installed.  There is also the UN Treaty on the Rights of the Child, which surfaces periodically and which is even worse, since it covers "all children."  How the politicians can let themselves be stooges for this nonsense is beyond me, but I guess it shows how "blinded" people can let themselves be.  What did Our Blessed Lord say, "blind leading the blind and both of them falling over a cliff."

I guess what I am trying to say is that we still must pray very hard, esp. to Our Heavenly Mother for help.

Our Lady of Guadalupe, pray for us all.

Good thinking to stay on top of this Cathleen.  Sometimes it seems like the barrage of evil is so nonstop and from every direction anymore it's hard to keep up.  Makes ones head spin...
