An After School Satan Club could be coming to your kid’s elementary school - Washington Post

An After School Satan Club could be coming to your kid’s elementary school By Katherine Stewart

It’s a hot summer night, and leaders of the Satanic Temple have gathered in the crimson-walled living room of a Victorian manse in this city renowned for its witch trials in the 17th century. They’re watching a sepia-toned video, in which children dance around a maypole, a spider crawls across a clown’s face and eerie, ambient chanting gives way to a backward, demonic voice-over. The group chuckles with approval.

They’re here plotting to bring their wisdom to the nation’s public elementary school children. They point out that Christian evangelical groups already have infiltrated the lives of America’s children through after-school religious programming in public schools, and they appear determined to give young students a choice: Jesus or Satan.

“It’s critical that children understand that there are multiple perspectives on all issues, and that they have a choice in how they think,” said Doug Mesner, the Satanic Temple’s co-founder.

Please God, whenever You are ready with that comet.....

How about three or four comets....just to make sure He has all his bases covered.

I'm all for that Susan!

A few weeks ago some satanist forced some county council meeting in Florida to begin with an incantation praising satan instead of the usual prayer to Our Lord they always begin with.  They said they had to let him or he could sue them for not allowing him the same "religious" liberties as Christians.

Someone pinch me and tell me this is all a nightmare.

What is more alarming to me is how blatant they are in promoting this, and that not many people are objecting to the whole idea.

People and the Faithful are getting tired, I fear.  They/we are feeling worn down by all the the attacks of the devil from every possible angle.  We feel overwhelmed, like soldiers fighting a battle and the enemy just keeps coming and coming with every possible means of attack.  Meanwhile, the "good" forces are lacking in manpower, leadership, reinforcements and purpose.  The soldiers are demoralized, divided, and weakened.  They are told the weapons that used to work, no longer don't and also no longer are relevant.  We are told to go ahead and try to fight, but it might be better for all if our side just compromises or loves the enemy more....    They/we  aren't sure, thanks to the "leaders", what they are supposed to be fighting against much less what they are fighting for, and when they/we continue the fight the leadership throws out distractions and misinformation in order to frustrate the soldiers/us.

Our backs are against the wall, there is nowhere to go, the dark clouds descend and the enemy closes in for the kill:   the final coup de gras.  "Hurry up, kill us already..... the wait is too long and too many people are giving up and abandoning their posts.  The rallying cries for victory are few and weak.  The silence grows.  It is hopeless!"

....Oh Immaculate One, Our Most Blessed Mother, Lady Most Amiable, Virgin Most Powerful, who cometh forth as the morning rising, fair as the moon, as bright as the sun, terrible as an army set in array.... whence cometh our hope and our victory.

(to be continued....)

All this sort of thing is the fruit of RELIGIOUS LIBERTY. It follows from it logically and inescapably.
