This was horrifying to watch.  And I will not back down from that statement either.  It was shameful, embarrassing to Tradition and Truth and makes my heart break for how far Bp. Fellay has gone.  It really hurts to see this.

Lord help us all, Lord have mercy on all of us.  My prayers continue for Bp. Fellay everyday as I promised I would.

He needs our prayers....he was battling a devil.  He was attacked.

Why he did this interview, who knows.  Perhaps he was mislead as to

its initial purpose and intent of interview.  Perhaps he is being set up from within the Society, by one

closest to him...    He is under great stress; you can tell on his face, like he recognized

the devil.    He bears a great burden. 

After I saw this I prayed to Our Blessed Mother and St. Joseph for protection for him.

On another note, I wanted to pull those nasty glasses off that smarmy interviewer's face and invert the contents.   It is lent, you know  :)

All things being equal I felt the same way about the interviewer.

I can only hope and pray this interview with this awful excuse for a so called journalist will help to open Bp. Fellay's eyes to the reality of the demonic nature the world has fallen into as well as sadly, those in Rome.

But once again there is no excuse for him to throw his brother, yet again, under the bus.

We learned last night that Bp. DeG. is calling the priests (priors) to ensure that they are on board for the recognition which is coming from Rome (apparently very soon) and that Bp. Tissier will be giving a conference/sermon in which he will be showing his support for them going back to Rome.  It's a sad day for Tradition.

I am afraid it will be the modernist balancing act.  First they will "recognize" the SSPX, then they will in turn work to rehabilitate Luther and the Lutheran Synods in 2017.  One big tent, one world religion.  Just make sure you conform to all of the changes.  God helps us.

I can hardly believe what I just saw in this video.  What is going on?  Why in the world did the Bishop agree to and continue talking with such a rude person?  I am shocked that Bishop Fellay was not able to defend the SSPX position articulately.   Again, what is going on here???

It would be odd to think that the bishop or his secretary or whoever set up this interview would not have known what they were getting into by agreeing to do this.  They are not babes in the woods when it comes to this kind of thing.

My best guess, and it is only a guess is, they were pressured into sitting down with this vulture by those outside of the SSPX i.e. Roman authorities, perhaps Msgr. Pozzo for example..  That can be a possibility since no one in their right mind would agree to do this willingly or if they did would continue such an interview, if one can call it that, it was more like an interrogation to find out how far removed from their "old ways" they have really come or are willing to go.

Mother's intentions. She knows the best course of action and there

Why an agreement with Francis while there is no agreement on Doctrine first?  Why seek to be recognized by those who are in such apostasy?  So many questions...

I was so embarrassed by the milquetoast demeanor and responses of the Bishop I turned it off in shame after the first couple of minutes. The Holy Ghost certainly was not guiding him, and there was something frightening and diabolical in the weakness the Bishop showed. If this is the Society's leadership, the Society is doomed. And yes many of us all are weak, some of maybe sniveling and cowardly, but none of us lead the Society.

God forgive my candor but there is something terrifying about this.

It came from the horse, but not from his mouth. I remember that the very last time I watched the food network was because of an episode from a show by a chef named Andrew-- big guy, bald. His show was about weird and exotic foods from around the world. He called the tail end of a chicken " the Pope's nose." I never watched the food network again. I never thought the day would come when I actually thought it would become an absolutely apt description.
