Hello Clare - it is pretty awful, I've spent the day purchasing a new phone, opening a bank account so just the practical stuff but apparently the Mums realised that the official email stank of fish...so they marched over to the girls campus with children almost with pitchforks in hands and demanded to see her - they were like the weeping women of Jerusalem on the Way of the Cross - she calmed them down like a sea of serenity and said that they'd receive a letter in due course. She is in fact perfectly safe.
