Poor Self Esteem

My sister has been reading a book on how to feel good about yourself and how one talks about or to oneself affects a person's self esteem.  She told me a person should say "I love myself therefore..... "  and you fill in the blank.

I pondered on this and thought that what most people are missing are true Catholic teaching and prayers.   The one and only thing to fill in the blank to this statement is this:

I love myself therefore every morning when I wake up I will say:

Glory be to the Father who created me

Glory be to the Son who redeemed me

Glory be to the Holy Spirit who has sanctified me

Blessed be the holy and undivided Trinity now and forever, amen.
