Authority comes from God no matter how it has been put in place... Democracy is not the ultimate good / the authority comes from God not the people. 

Council teaching heresy - what remedy? Perhaps Vatican II should be totally condemned (because of the error and the spirit) then if there are one or two truths uttered then they should be brought out as a separate document in due course...

Just to let you know that any daily communions that I am able to make through the month of October are offered for Crusader of the Immaculate Heart and  for the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary - please don't forget her in all the  worry about the synod.
