Sister Marie Saint Pierre

In Tours, France during the 1840's a young Carmelite nun, Sister Marie Saint Pierre,
 received a series of revelations from Our  Lord about a powerful devotion He wished to be established worldwide-----the devotion to His Holy Face.

The express purpose of this devotion was to make reparation for the blasphemies and outrages of "Revolutionary men", the Communists through whom God is allowing the world to be chastised for its unbelief-----as well for the blasphemies of atheists and freethinkers and others, plus, for blasphemy and the profanation of Sundays by Christians. Specifically, this devotion is the Divine tool given by God to defeat Communism, but it is also an instrument given to the individual devotee as a seemingly unfailing method of appealing to God in prayer-----through adoration of His Holy Face and Name.

Our Lord gave Sister Mary a short but powerful prayer called' 'The Golden Arrow," by which a person can "shoot directly into the Heart of God" to heal the wounds inflicted on it by the malice of sinners.

"Just as in an earthly kingdom money which is stamped with the picture of the sovereign or ruling executive of the country procures whatever one desires to purchase, so likewise in the Kingdom of Heaven, you shall obtain all that you desire by offering the coin of My precious Humanity which is My adorable Face."

Three of the Nine Promises Given By Our Lord

1) "By My Holy Face you will work miracles"

2) "By My Face you will obtain the conversion of many sinners" 

3) "Nothing you ask in making this offering will be refused to you."

O Lord Jesus Christ, in presenting ourselves before Thine adorable Face to ask of Thee the graces of which we stand in most need, we beseech Thee above all to grant us that interior disposition of never refusing at any time to do what Thou requirest of us by Thy holy commandments and divine inspirations.

Be merciful to us, O my God, and reject not our prayers, when amid our afflictions, we call upon Thy Holy Name and seek with love and confidence Thine adorable Face.

Amen

O Almighty and Eternal God, look upon the Face of Thy Son Jesus.  We present it to Thee with confidence, to implore Thy pardon.  The All Merciful Advocate opens His mouth to plead our cause; hearken to His cries, behold His tears, O God, and through His infinite merits hearken to Him when He intercedes for us poor miserable sinners.

Adorable Face of my Jesus, my only love, my light and my life, grant that I may know, love and serve Thee alone, that I may live with Thee, of Thee, by Thee and for Thee.

Eternal Father, I offer Thee the adorable Face of Thy beloved Son for the honor and glory of Thy Name, for the conversion of sinners and for the salvation of the dying.

O Divine Jesus, through Thy Face and Name, save us.  Our hope is in the virtue of Thy Holy Name!

O Good Jesus, Who has said, "Ask and ye shall receive, seek and ye shall find, knock and it shall be opened to you."  Grant us, Dear Lord, that faith which obtains all or supply in us that which is deficient; grant us, by the pure effect of Thy charity and for Thy eternal glory, the graces which we need and for which we look to Thy infinite mercy.  +Amen
