Sister Marie Saint Pierre

In Tours, France during the 1840's a young Carmelite nun, Sister Marie Saint Pierre,
 received a series of revelations from Our  Lord about a powerful devotion He wished to be established worldwide-----the devotion to His Holy Face.

The express purpose of this devotion was to make reparation for the blasphemies and outrages of "Revolutionary men", the Communists through whom God is allowing the world to be chastised for its unbelief-----as well for the blasphemies of atheists and freethinkers and others, plus, for blasphemy and the profanation of Sundays by Christians. Specifically, this devotion is the Divine tool given by God to defeat Communism, but it is also an instrument given to the individual devotee as a seemingly unfailing method of appealing to God in prayer-----through adoration of His Holy Face and Name.

Our Lord gave Sister Mary a short but powerful prayer called' 'The Golden Arrow," by which a person can "shoot directly into the Heart of God" to heal the wounds inflicted on it by the malice of sinners.

"Just as in an earthly kingdom money which is stamped with the picture of the sovereign or ruling executive of the country procures whatever one desires to purchase, so likewise in the Kingdom of Heaven, you shall obtain all that you desire by offering the coin of My precious Humanity which is My adorable Face."

Three of the Nine Promises Given By Our Lord

1) "By My Holy Face you will work miracles"

2) "By My Face you will obtain the conversion of many sinners" 

3) "Nothing you ask in making this offering will be refused to you."

PRAYER TO OBTAIN THE SETTLEMENT OF ALL OUR NEEDS

Oh, Eternal Father, since it has pleased our Divine Saviour to reveal to mankind in our present century the power residing in His Holy Face, we now avail ourselves of this Treasure in our great needs. Since our Saviour Himself promised that by offering to You, Oh, Eternal Father, the Holy Face disfigured in the Passion, we can procure the settlement of all the affairs of our household, and that nothing whatsoever will be refused us, we now come before Your Throne. Offering to You, Oh, God, this adorable Countenance, disfigured with painful bruises and covered with shame and confusion, we beg through the merits of this Holy Face to obtain these, our most pressing needs. Grant us pardon, Eternal Father, for the worst crimes of our age, which are atheism, blasphemy, and the desecration of Your holy days.

Avert from us destruction by war and its consequences which loom through the malice of revolutionary men who have risen up to stamp out religion from the face of the earth through false indoctrination, and who now stand ready to impose their wicked designs with militaristic force. May this offering of the Holy Face of our Saviour before Your throne of majesty obtain for us deliverance from these evils. Send us, Oh, God, zealous and enlightened laborers, by conferring many vocations to the priesthood and to religion, so that by their prayers, their works, and their sacrifices they may spread the blessings of Your Church and confound Your enemies. AMEN.
