Event Description
Since January is dedicated to the Holy Name of Jesus, we offer this prayer in reparation to Our Lord's Holy Name which is so abused in our time. Please say the following hymn once a day for during the month of January. This hymn has a plenary indulgence attached to it, which we can gain for ourselves or for the Holy Souls.
With sweetness fills my breast;
But sweeter far thy face to see,
And in thy presence rest!
Nor voice can sing, nor heart can frame,
Nor can the memory find
A sweeter sound than thy blest name,
O Savior of mankind!
O hope of every contrite heart!
O joy of all the meek!
To those who fall, how kind thou art,
How good to those who seek!
But what to those who find? Ah this
Nor tongue nor pen can show:
The love of Jesus, what it is,
None but his lovers know.
O Jesu, light of all below!
Thou Fount of life and fire!
Surpassing all the joys we know,
And all we can desire!
