Our Lady of Knock and Our Lady of Fatima link?

Our Lady of Knock 1879 appeared as a vision on the outside wall of the parish church perhaps indicating as the carmelbooks blog commented 22nd August, that salvation in end times will appear / seem to be outside the structures of the Church, but still attached to the visible, indefectible church. I have just re-read the beginning of the Secret of Fatima just to be reminded that Sr. Lucy was asked by the bishop of Fatima to write down the Secret in October 1943, but "mysteriously" she was physically unable to OBEY until Our Lady told her to do it in January 1944. Is this an indication of who we owe our first obedience to in these confusing times? Our Pope must obey Our Lady then the hierarchy may start to work again
