As I did not know much about St. Louis Bertrand, I researched and found an old book online from 1880's that captures his life.  He is compared to St. Francis Xavier, as an Apostle to the West, but little has been done to promote his life and miracles.

He was of the same family as St. Vincent Ferrer, who was his model.
