This Rally held every October on the Saturday closest to the date of the miracle of the sun we gather as a nation to pray for America. I have been rally captain since the y began in 2007 I think, it grows in numbers every year. My Pastor Fr. Mariano Catura has been a great promoter and added a great deal of importance to the event the past 2 years, which has increased participation of the community.
