World's happiest countries

What does happiness mean to you? At its core it consists of being healthy, having enough food to feed yourself and your family and enough to money to do what you want and buy what you want. For most people that entails a nice home, decent clothes, a car or two, cable TV, good times with family and friends.

Furthermore, happiness means being able to speak what's on your mind without fear, to worship the God of your choosing, and to feel safe and secure in your own home.

Hurt thee! never, but I would bawl my eyes out! whaahaa

Funny- these are all very snowy places, except Australia.. (And Irish can be happy anywhere.)

I like your comment, Rebecca:Irish can be happy anywhere! I am all Irish and I have lost a good position, my house is now in foreclosure, but I am still happy!

I used to work with a girl from Ireland.  We were waitresses at this Italian restaurant outside of Philly.  She would keep us all in stitches, except the owner who was right off the boat from Italy.  They didn't like each other I guess because she was Irish and he was Italian (?).  Still they were a show to watch in themselves, always nipping at each other with the quick Irish wit and the hearty Italian digs.
