Tintern Abbey query

On the 10 August 2018 - I went to Tintern Abbey and was able to touch the statue of Our Lady of Tintern which had miraculous effects up  to the Reformation when the monastery was dissolved and the head of the statue was decapitated.  I’ve not heard of her before - can anyone help?

I’ve attached the replica statue that was created probably around 2010 (?)
