Russian and Ukrainian Catholics implore for the Consecration of Russia

Your Holiness!

Today the world is once again on the verge of global conflict and war, and this conflict is deeply centered on Russia. Our Lady of Fatima spoke very seriously about Russia, and therefore She showed her great love and concern for this country. It is only the Immaculate Heart of Mary that can finally win the heart of Russia and bring peace to the world.

However, She has made that victory dependent on the Bishop of Rome, the Holy Father, and all the Bishops of the Catholic Church. Therefore, now it is especially important to recall the request of Our Lady of Fatima to consecrate Russia to Her Immaculate Heart in exactly the way she described to Sister Lucia in 1929. This consecration of Russia was attempted many times by your predecessors, but unfortunately we have serious reasons to believe that none of those consecrations fully obeyed the explicit directions of the Virgin Mary to Sister Lucy.

We, the undersigned Catholics of Russia, Ukraine and other countries ask Your Holiness to make the act of consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary in union with all the Catholic bishops of the world , citing Russia directly and exactly as requested by the Blessed Virgin Mary . It is only by this means that Russia can convert, and the world can have peace. You must act now dear Holy Father! Do not delay. Your children in Russia and Ukraine are begging for you to please obey the Mother of God, the Queen of Heaven, Our Lady of Fatima. We are praying for you always.

May the Immaculate Heart of Mary protect and guide you.

Сегодня мир вновь стоит на пороге глобального конфликта и войны – и в центре этого конфликта находится Россия. Богородица в Фатиме очень серьезно говорила о России, показав свою великую любовь и заботу об этой стране. Только Непорочное Сердце Девы Марии может окончательно обратить Россию и принести мир всему миру.

Однако, как сказала Богородица, эта победа зависит от Святейшего Отца, Папы Римского и всех епископов Католической Церкви. Поэтому сейчас особенно важно вновь напомнить о призыве Богородицы в Фатиме посвятить Россию Ее Непорочному Сердцу в точности так, как Она просила об этом во время явлений сестре Лусии в 1929 году.

Попытки посвящения России предпринимались уже несколько раз Вашими предшественниками, однако, к сожалению, у нас имеются серьезные основания полагать, что ни одна из этих попыток не отвечала в полной мере условиям, ясно выраженным Богородицей сестре Лусии.

Мы, нижеподписавшиеся католики России, Украины и других стран просим Ваше Святейшество произвести вместе с католическими епископами всего мира акт посвящения России Непорочному Сердцу Пресвятой Девы Марии, прямо и открыто упомянув Россию, как того и просила Богородица. Только посредством этого Россия обратится и наступит мир. Вам нужно действовать прямо сейчас, дорогой Святейший Отец! Не медлите. Ваши сыновья и дочери России и Украины молят вас послушаться Божью Матерь, Царицу Небесную, Богородицу Фатимскую! Мы всегда молимся о вас.

Пусть Непорочное Сердце Пресвятой Девы Марии защищает и направляет Вас!

I was wondering how long it would take before this topic came up.

So, even the Russian and Ukrainian Churches/clergy don't believe  that

the Consecration of Russia was done by Bl. John Paul II.  If they did,

this request wouldn't have been made. 

The proof is in the 'pudding'.
