Pope Francis on counting rosaries: please, don't go praying lots of rosaries for me, just pray for me.  Not interested in all that old-fashioned nonsense!

Meanwhile, contrast that with how delighted +HE Fellay was when we offered him our spiritual bouquet of Rosaries a year or so ago......

Very disappointed.  I had high hopes when they mentioned that HH Francis says the full 15-decade rosary every day.  May Our Lady open his eyes and touch his heart  as only she can.

This Pope thinks that he is smarter and more sophisticated than the Ever Virgin Mother of God who reminded the three shepherd children of Fatima in all her six apparitions to pray the all three mysteries of the Rosary most fervently. Does this Pope claim to be greater than the Ever Virgin Mother of God and to have the audacity of referring to Her Rosary as "Old Fashioned Nonsense?" Does he realize that the Rosary is the most powerful prayer and the most pleasing to God after the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass??? Where did he get his seminary training from, a Catholic seminary or the rat-infested wall  street?He even had the audacity to tell one of his Cardinals that he didn't require the  pallium and referred to it as a symbol from the era of carnivals. This Pope is obviously abusing Roman Catholic history and the Faith and has no qualms about it. Now he ungraciously and unceremoniously ushers out innocent and loyal Catholics for lovingly presenting him Rosary bouquets. A true Pope would have have had tears of joys  in his eyes and would have been very moved at the reception of of Rosary bouquets, instead he insults and scolds God's fervent Rosary devotees.  

As Traditional Catholics it is our solemn duty to fight this prelate all the way till dooms day so that, like Saul, his eyes would one day be opened and proclaim the Traditional Catholic Faith as the True Faith of Roman Catholicism and not the current Vatican-II garbage.  Nothing short of this would do.

The Pallium a symbol of carnival? I didn't see him wearing it in Rio...well, that wasn't a carnival. Very Orwellian!

I confess I wasn't regular with my Rosary until my conscience pricked me. I read, although I had read it before it hadn't made the impression on me, how Bl Francisco of Fatima, Mother said, would have to 'pray many Rosaries to get to Heaven'.  Francisco was only 9 and very pure. That is a reality...how I wish everyone would hear those words in their heart! You must pray many Rosaries if you want to go to Heaven.

If you have the Angelus 2013 Calendar, you will see the Giotto (fresco, I think) The Dream of Innocent the III and Pope Innocent blessing St. Francis and his Friars.   Pope Francis took the treasure of the True Mass from the Franciscans of the Immaculuta in the month of the Immaculate Heart.  Those Franciscans are very rigorous and practice the rule of St. Francis better than anyone practices it or any of the Holy Rules in VII.  Hmmm. The prophecy of St. Francis of the destroyer pope?

I have often thought about how good and pure little Francisco was myself, if Our Lady said that he had to pray many Rosaries how many more should we be praying who are not so pure.

 

We can only pray (our Rosaries) for poor misguided Pope Francis.
