Our Lady of Guadalupe Benedictine Monastery, Silver City, NM

By the grace of God and because of the countless prayers of our many dear friends throughout the world, Our Lord has sent us that salutary rain and so Our Lady of Guadalupe Monastery is no longer in serious danger from fire. Through the mercy of God, the monsoon season with its plenteous rain showers has arrived, and has made the threat of fire significantly reduced.

We cannot thank enough all of the many generous traditional Catholics who have come from all over the country to help us make a large fire break around the monastery, in order to make it more safe. We are also, so grateful for all of the Masses and prayers many of you have offered up in our behalf to make Our Lady's Monastery safe, once again.

You will all be remembered daily in all of our prayers and sacrifices.

Once again, our most sincere gratitude for thinking of Our Lady's monks in your charity.
