Images of Our Lady miraculously spared by storms

Those photos from Breezy Point reminded me of images of the fire-bombing in Dresden, Germany during WW2.  :-(

But even if we have lost everything, we still have Our Lady.  She is always with us, and shows us that fact in little ways sometimes....sometimes in more dramatic ways.  It is like our earthly mothers, in that you don't always realize all they do for you until the "chips are down."

O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.
