How I Returned to Tradition by John Vennari (47 min talk-mp3)

I uploaded for some friends a brief talk given about two years ago.

It’s an MP3 of a my talk of "How I Returned to Tradition". I think you might get a kick out it. It’s actually rather fun, and numerous traditional Catholics identify with the story.

A large factor in my story is not so much disgust with the New Mass (though that was a big part of it) but the galloping lunacy I encountered in Catholic high school in the early-mid 1970s.

The talk itself, in part, was aimed at young traditonal Catholics who have grown up in Tradition and did not live through the brusing battles of the 60s and 70s (and even the 80s); and sometimes do not have an adequate idea of the true fury of the fight. The talk runs for about 45 minutes.

In fact, an Internet discussion in which I recently participated is what prompted me to post this. Comments welcome.
