Concerning the current crisis in the SSPX

The Crusaders mission has been from the start to pray in union for:

1.)For the restoration of the Tridentine (Latin) Mass and Holy Mother Church

2.)For the consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary

3.) For an influx of vocations to the priesthood and religious life

4.) For the Bishops, priests, religious and laity of the Society of Saint Pius the X.

*lastly of course we pray for each other

It is tempting at best to speak up in this crisis of the SSPX and voice our thoughts and opinions. However whereas sometimes to express ourselves is necessary and helpful we might serve a better purpose right now by remembering that God is in control in the midst of this incredible storm and HE is the only one who can fix this situation.  All our thoughts and opinions on the matter essentially mean nothing but our prayers and sacrifices mean everything.

The most knowledgeable of men who have been with the Archbishop since before the SSPX was founded are themselves confused by all the happenings going on.  People who have intimate knowledge of things not made public, in other words people who have a far greater understanding of all the players involved, bishops, priests etc are also admittedly confused.

Bottom line---confusion is reigning supreme!

We post here, and have always posted here, news and updates on what is happening in the Society and the Church at large, but while the storm rages and while Satan is having his hour please note that we have chosen to follow the advice of Saint Ignatius who says essentially, when the devil is stirring up trouble and there is confusion, storms, doubts, uncertainty, and all the marks which come as a result of the devils presence it is best not move from where you were before the storm began, and to keep silence until the storm passes.

With that in mind you will understand why all comments to certain matters have been deleted and replies to certain discussions have been closed.

It is best to keep our hearts and minds focused on the Holy Mother of God and Her Son Our Lord and God Jesus Christ, and not to become distracted by turbulence and storms.

The Lord God will work things out in the end, until then we go forward in prayer and sacrifice.
