Dear Crusaders,
If you are interested we will be doing the Fast of Esther beginning at dawn on April 8th and concluding 40 days later at dusk on May 18th, the Vigil of Pentecost.
The Fast of Esther is simple, it is a strict fast from dawn to dusk, that's it, nothing more. If you are unable to fast from food you can still join. You would just choose something else you can deny yourself of.
The intentions are simple, it is a penance for the conversion of sinners and to beg the intercession of Our Lady for the mercy of God upon this world. It is a much needed response to the obvious warning God is sending us on April 8th.
If you put no stock in said warning that is of course up to each person but regardless this is a penance the world needs desperately.
Mankind must find repentance and as the priest said in this sermon, it is up to Catholics alone to answer the call to implore Heaven for this mercy.
If you consider yourself a true Crusader of Mary just know you are being called to the front lines on this. If not you...then who?
A caveat: While this sermon is very very good we do not give credence to the Divine Mercy devotion.
