I wonder which Catholic leaders he is referring to.  Do you know Michael?

Obviously I'm not Michael, but FWIW here are my 2¢. I think those leaders could be just about any of them. Even Benedict, although hedging somewhat off the record, has gone along with the official narrative. I don't know if Apb. Vigano broke ranks on that issue, but even if he has I haven't heard anyone else other than mavericks like the late Fr. Gruner, Fr. Kramer, Bp. Williamson, et al declare that the consecration wasn't done.

Cardinal Burke has said it.  Sadly it seems he has not kept his word though in doing anything about it.
