The moment has come

“The moment has come … ” With these words, Our Lady of Fatima began the most significant and mystical vision of all the Marian apparitions when she appeared to Sister Lucia at Tuy on June 13, 1929.

In this post we will attempt to understand the vision and its message for us today in light of the Apocalypse and the events of this past year.

Previously, in Apocalypse 12 we saw that great red dragon, whom Pope Leo XIII referred to as, “the ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan” go to war against the Woman clothed with the Sun, and prepare to make war with “her seed”, the faithful Church.  Chapter 12 ends:

And the dragon was angry against the woman: and went to make war with the rest of her seed, who keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.  And he stood upon the sand of the sea.

Now, we arrive at Apocalypse 13, which reveals the strategy of the dragon, which is satan. In her book, “Beyond Politics”, Solange Hertz describes the scene for us,

Before St. John’s eyes a diabolic trinity began taking shape which appears to be a blasphemous parody of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. The Apostle sees a beast coming up out of the sea, followed by another beast coming from the earth. These two are joined in a close relationship with each other and with the Dragon, who is, of course, Satan himself, and who animates and directs them in such a way that the three operate as one. St. John saw the Dragon give the first beast “his own strength and great power,” so that the reprobates “adored the dragon which gave power to the beast.” The second beast also derives his power from the Dragon, but through the medium of the first beast. We are told, “He executed all the power of the former beast in his sight; and he caused the earth and them that dwell therein to adore the first beast,” just as this first beast had caused them to adore the Dragon. Thus the Dragon mimics the role of God the Father in the Blessed Trinity, source of both the Son and the Holy Ghost, whose parts are played by the two Beasts in the diabolic threesome.

What does St. John tell us of this second beast, the one who arises from the earth, which is symbolic of the Church?

“And I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns, like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon. And he executed all the power of the former beast in his sight; and he caused the earth, and them that dwell therein, to adore the first beast, whose wound to death was healed.” (Apocalypse 13, 11-12)

Thus, we see that this second beast appears as a lamb, but “he spoke as a dragon”. This warns us that although the beast masquerades as the leader of Christians, he has a diabolic agenda. The reader will draw his own conclusions. For now, we simply point out that St. John’s vision of the diabolical trinity also represents a  reversal of Christendom.  In the diabolical vision, the State derives from Satan and then, the so-called “Church” (one world religion of man) derives from the State and serves the State, not God. This is the direct reversal of Christendom in which Christ reigns over all. This vision is the same as that proposed by Pope Paul VI at the close of Vatican II and most thoroughly exemplified by the new Bergoglian church, which occupies the Vatican and seeks now to draw all  into its deadly grasp, the Franciscans of the Immaculate, the Sovereign Military Order of the Knights of Malta, and now the Society of St. Pius X. And who is there to withstand him?

Let us compare that vision of St. John’s with the remarkable vision granted to Sister Lucia at Tuy, June 13, 1929.

The Vision of TuyORBIS CATHOLICUS: Fatima: The Last Great Vision 1929 in Tuy, Spain

The moment has come …

Suddenly a supernatural light illumined the whole chapel and on the altar appeared a cross of light which reached to the ceiling.  In a brighter part could be seen, on the upper part of the Cross, the face of a man and His body to the waist;  On His breast was an equally luminous dove,  and nailed to the cross, the body of another man.

A little below the waist, suspended in mid-air, was to be seen a Chalice and a large Host on to which fell some drops of Blood from the face of the Crucified and from a wound in His breast. These drops ran down over the Host and fell into the Chalice.

Under the right arm of the Cross was Our Lady with Her Immaculate Heart in Her hand … (It was Our Lady of Fatima with Her Immaculate Heart… in Her left hand… without a sword or roses, but with a crown of thorns and flames…)

Under the left arm (of the Cross), some big letters, as it were of crystal-clear water running down over the Altar, formed these words: “Grace and Mercy”.

“I understood that it was the mystery of the Most Holy Trinity that was shown to me …”

Then Our Lady said to me:

“The moment has come when God asks the Holy Father to make, in union with all the bishops of the world, the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart, promising to save it by this means.  So numerous are the souls which the justice of God condemns for sins committed against Me, that I come to ask for reparation. Sacrifice yourself for this intention and pray.”

In her memoirs, recounted by Frere Michel, Sister Lucia states that later, by means of an interior communication, Our Lord said to her,

“They did not want to heed My request! … Like the King of France they will repent and do it, but it will be late. Russia will have already spread its errors throughout the world, provoking wars and persecutions against the Church: the Holy Father will have much to suffer.”

This vision at Tuy was Heaven’s warning against the diabolical attacks which even then threatened the Church. In this vision, God, in His infinite providence is asserting both His dominion and the means He is offering for those who choose to follow Him.  At Tuy, the message of Fatima is confirmed and clarified for those who would see. We are offered the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Mother of all those who follow Him in truth. God’s dominion is through His grace and mercy, which flow from His crucifixion by which He saves all those who repent from their sins and take up their crosses, following Him. As the vision shows, He nourishes us with His Sacred Body and Blood.

This mystical vision, so rich in its sacred imagery was given for two reasons: firstly, to warn the Pope and hierarchy of that time, who nevertheless refused to heed it and secondly, to assist the faithful of our time. For at this time, the second beast is perilously close to achieving the goal of the first beast, which is to eliminate the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.  We discussed this in at least two earlier posts, “June 13, 2015” and “The Message of Fatima for the Post-synodal Church”. An excerpt:

“The period of time after 1917 was a series of setbacks; although the Popes and Bishops recognized Fatima and appeared to honor Our Lady of Fatima, the corruption in the Church continued and devotion to the true message of Fatima was never promoted. Pope Benedict XV, who had succeeded St. Pius X,  dismantled his Anti-Modernist structures including the offices of the Sodalitium Pianum that were finally closed down altogether in 1921. Thus, modernism began its resurgence in the seminaries and universities, preparing the way for those “Periti” who would engineer the the takeover of the Second Vatican Council, which they themselves called the Revolution of 1789 in the Church.

“Benedict  XV was followed by Pius XI, a brilliant intellectual and considered thoroughly orthodox in matters of the faith. However, his secular policies, resulting from the influence of his Masonic Secretary of State Gasparri, brought much harm to the Church. He effectively destroyed Catholic political parties, entered into various concordats, and in 1929 he ceded the Papal States to Italy in exchange for a large sum of money, with which the Vatican then entered the ranks of international bankers. Pius XI’s Secretary of State, Gasparri also engineered a treaty in Mexico which effectively disarmed the Cristeros although the persecution of Mexican Catholics continued for years afterwards. It is most likely that it is these events, the Vatican’s entrance into Masonic controlled international banking (with all the corruption and intrigue that entails)and its betrayal of Catholic faithful, that prompted Our Lady’s return to Sister Lucia again.”

With each successive pope’s denial of Heaven’s request, the darkness and chaos increased as grace and faith ebbed away until we finally arrived at the apotheosis of the modernist heresy, Jorge Bergoglio, who seeks to complete the total perversion of the faith. Pope Francis came to Fatima  on the 100th anniversary of Our Lady of the Rosary’s first apparition, and here is what he offered Our Lady by way of a tribute:

“Pilgrims with Mary… But which Mary? A teacher of the spiritual life, the first to follow Jesus on the “narrow way” of the cross by giving us an example, or a Lady “unapproachable” and impossible to imitate? A woman “blessed because she believed” always and everywhere in God’s words (cf. Lk 1:42.45), or a “plaster statue” from whom we beg favours at little cost? The Virgin Mary of the Gospel, venerated by the Church at prayer, or a Mary of our own making: one who restrains the arm of a vengeful God; one sweeter than Jesus the ruthless judge; one more merciful than the Lamb slain for us?

“Great injustice is done to God’s grace whenever we say that sins are punished by his judgment, without first saying – as the Gospel clearly does – that they are forgiven by his mercy! Mercy has to be put before judgment and, in any case, God’s judgment will always be rendered in the light of his mercy. Obviously, God’s mercy does not deny justice, for Jesus took upon himself the consequences of our sin, together with its due punishment. He did not deny sin, but redeemed it on the cross. Hence, in the faith that unites us to the cross of Christ, we are freed of our sins; we put aside all fear and dread, as unbefitting those who are loved (cf. 1 Jn 4:18). …”

“With Mary, may each of us become a sign and sacrament of the mercy of God, who pardons always and pardons everything.”

The best rebuttal of that blasphemous tripe is from Christopher Ferrara who defended Our Lady most elegantly in his Fatima Perspective 1008.

In it, Mr. Ferrara affirms that, “Mary …  is the Immaculate Conception, the sinless Virgin Mother of God, the Mediatrix of all Graces, and the Co-Redemptrix, Who from all eternity was destined to play Her central role in the Redemption by bearing the God-Man conceived by the Holy Ghost in Her own womb, flesh of Her flesh, Her true Son.” …

“And then the false alternative, combined with caricature: it is either the “Mary of the Gospel” or the “Mary of our own making: one who restrains the arm of a vengeful God; one sweeter than Jesus the ruthless judge; one more merciful than the Lamb slain for us…” …

Implicit in this snide distortion of the traditional Catholic view of Mary is, first of all, an implicit negation of the entire Message of Fatima, which involves precisely the ultimatum that God will inflict terrible punishments on humanity and that souls will be lost for all eternity unless the Virgin’s requests are granted. Moreover, the vision the Vatican itself published in 2000 depicts the destructive rays emanating from the avenging angel being repelled by none other than the Blessed Virgin.

Mr. Ferrara concludes by affirming  that implicit in the message of Fatima is the Catholic teaching that God’s  mercy extends, through the Immaculate Mother of God, to souls that have recourse to Her. “That is, God deigns to allow His Mother a singular intercessory power possessed by no other human creature.”

Thus, we see something never before seen in the history of the Church: the reputed Vicar of Christ insulting Christ’s Mother at the very place of her apparitions on the 100th anniversary of Fatima. Do you think His justice is not outraged?

However, who among the hierarchy defended Our Lady of Fatima and her message?  Was there any Bishop ?

I repeat,
who defended Our Lady?

Where are our church leaders? Where is there a prelate willing to stand up and proclaim the truth so necessary for the sustenance of the dwindling number of the faithful? By their silence, bishops who fail to speak up clearly, countering the errors broadcast by the pope and those who serve him, these silent Bishops bring a curse upon themselves and cause the loss of many souls.

In an earlier post, “Falling Like Stars“, I quoted the warning of Father Herman Bernard Kramer, in “The Book of Destiny”:

Citing Jeremiah 5, 311, Kramer tells us, “If bishops weakly give sanction to false principles, and priests praise them to be in their good graces, and the people love laxity, they will all apostatize.”

Professor Roberto de Mattei has also urged us,  “In the face of this present crisis there are some who think that the only thing to do is to wait for a miracle in silence and prayer. But it is not like this. It is true that we need a divine intervention, but grace builds on nature. Each of us ought to do the maximum that we can according to our ability. “

Readers, we can do this! Not on our own, certainly, but with Our Lady of the Rosary, in humility and obedience, we can and will turn the tide of cowardice of our church leaders, and bring down graces from heaven, and so, God willing, we shall at last  have a brave and holy leader!

Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of our hearts, Mother of the Church, do thou offer to the Eternal Father the Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ, for the conversion of poor sinners, especially our Pontiff.

Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, Thy Kingdom come, Viva Cristo Rey!

St. Joseph, guardian of the Holy Family, protect our families, protect our priests!

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.

~ by evensong for love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ, King.

Whoever is the person who wrote this outdid themselves.  Absolutely phenomenal.

Although I will add that there is at least one Bishop if not several, who have defended Our Lady and have tried to defend her desire for the consecration of Russia, conversion of sinners, the recitation of the rosary and the act of love in doing the 5 First Saturday's....Bp. Williamson and Bp. Dom Thomas Aquinas.  So not every single bishop has been silent.  As well all 4 Bishops have done the consecration according to their ability to do so, being more an act of love and a desire to show Our Lady that there are at least a few who wish to carry out her will.  So that is something and surely consoles the Heart of our Heavenly Mother.

Vouchsafe that I may praise thee, O Sacred Virgin! Give me strength against thine enemies!

Excellent article, as we are living through unprecedented times, I find St Maximilian Kolbe very inspiring, he also had a printing press and founded the Militia Immaculatae with the miraculous medal as its emblem. This is a little like authentic Catholic web-sites (like this one, spreading the faith and saving souls). He also witnessed the Freemasons marching in Rome saying  “Satan will reign in the Vatican and the Pope will be his servant.” His reply to this was “Is it possible,” he asked himself, “that our enemies should make such a display of force in order to defeat us while we fold our hands in our laps and do nothing? After all, do we not have much more powerful weapons; can we not count on all of heaven, and especially on the Immaculata?”

Saint Maximilian Mary Kolbe quotes "Modern times are dominated by Satan and will be more so in the future. The conflict with hell cannot be engaged by men, even the most clever. The Immaculata alone has from God the promise of victory over Satan. However, assumed into Heaven, the Mother of God now requires our cooperation. She seeks souls who will consecrate themselves entirely to her, who will become in her hands effective instruments for the defeat of Satan and the spreading of God's kingdom upon earth"
