Simultaneous Pilgrimages in Reparation for the Reformation

There have been talks of starting a sort of "Companions of the Reformation Martyrs" group for several months, here in the UK, we have not officially got our "act together," as such but between us we have made a mini pilgrimages to some of our favourite Martyrs. On November 15th both Abbot Richard Whiting in Glastonbury and Hugh Faringdon of Reading Abbey were visited and prayed at by St Michael's parishioners and St Saviour's parishioners simultaneously. Several of us visited their places of execution and prayed in reparation for the Reformation and for the greater availability of the Tridentine Latin Mass taking with us all the intentions of our family and friends who could not travel (and the intentions of all previous pilgrimages 2013-2017).

This is more of a geocaching type activity than an organised set of events and mostly spontaneously reactions to grace. So far we have been able to discover and visit the execution places or hiding places of St David Lewis, St John Lloyd, St Philip Evans, St John Kemble,(South Wales) St Edmund Campion (Stoner House) (all with some of St Michael's students) but also St Richard Whiting (Glastonbury), St Hugh Farringdon (Reading) and the 7 martyrs of Chideock in Dorset St Thomas Pilchard, St William Pike, St Thomas Bosgrave, St John Carey St John Cornelius, St Patrick Salmon, St Hugh Green...
If you would like to complete this type of reparative prayer of the muscles and foot blisters either in company or privately this is one of the vocal prayers we use together with the rosary whilst walking or traveling:
